From pigs grown slowly on pasture to maximise flavour
and texture, and hung on the bone for four to six days.
Available by the half pig (typically 15 to 20 kgs)
at £6.50/kg.
Included are roasting joints, chops, steaks, mince,
diced pork, and sausages. Head and trotters are available
on request.
Grass fed Pedigree Aberdeen Angus Beef
The Aberdeen Angus breed is renowned for its flavour
and tenderness. Our beef is hung on the bone for at
least twenty eight days to allow the muscles to relax
and moisture to evaporate giving intensely flavoured,
tender meat.
Beef is available seasonally in a range of pack sizes
from 10 to 20kgs.
Each includes roasting joints, steaks, mince, diced
beef, and beef burgers.
Each cut of meat is freezer ready in vacuum packs
that are clearly labelled. Meat is then packed into
insulated boxes with cool packs and delivered by courier.
Typically 10kgs takes up one basket in a chest freezer
or one draw of an upright freezer. |
